How does the Zip code feature work?
1st You type in the zip code where your listing is located. 2nd it’ll allow you which radius you’d like to choose: 20Mile, 25Mile, 30Mile or statewide (some states vary). This makes sense because you’re only sending the flyer to agents who are surrounding your listing regardless of its location.
My open house is tomorrow morning and every company says they need 24-48hrs before they can send mine out. What can I do?
Not to worry. Just create your flyer and give us a call and we’ll make sure that its sent minutes after you have created the flyer. Fair Enough?
Can I choose what day the flyer would be sent?
Absolutely. You will be given the option to choose the date when creating the flyer.
Can I send my flyer Statewide and Out-of-State?
The answer to both of the questions are yes. However we do recommend to choose these two packages carefully for specific properties. If your property would benefit from out of state or statewide exposure feel free to do so and take under consideration that agents that are far away from property would like the property to be of some special character, price range, location and not just a normal average home.
What method of payment do you accept? Is that secure?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our site has been encrypted on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) channel and your information will not be saved on our server.
Is this a subscription or one time fee?
The prices that you see is a one time fee for one flyer. If you'd rather be on a subscription plan please contact us and we should be able to work something out.
I’m a builder/listing specialist with a lot of listings all the time and we need to send a specific number of flyers on a regular basis. Any options for me?

Can I use my own pre-made flyer to send out?
Yes you can. You can just click on Create A Custom Flyer and upload your flyer (PDF, Publisher, Photoshop or any other kind of file and we will convert that into html and send it out as an html) Note:if you are doing a custom flyer your flyer's deliverability will be reduced because many receiving servers will block your flyer since it is not optimized to bypass their filters. Most likely Comcast and AOL users will not receive your custom flyer due to it being blocked.
Can I send a recruitment/mortgage/insurance flyer or something that is not a listing?
NO. We ONLY allow and accept listings flyers and nothing else but listings For Sale/Rent.
